The Shiro Club

We want every guest of The Shiro Club to be happy with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Undamaged

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags, brand tags, and seal tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Products that fail the quality check during pickup will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Credit Method

  • All approved returns will be issued as a credit note.

  • Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Reverse Pickup Policy & Quality Check (QC)

  • All returned products undergo a mandatory Quality Check (QC) at the time of pickup.

  • The QC verifies the product strictly against The Shiro Club’s tag and label, including:

    • Product image

    • Color

    • Size

    • Brand name

    • Brand tag & seal tag

    • Usage condition (must be unused and undamaged)

    • Style ID, color code, and SKU

Important QC Guidelines

  • Once the product is packed and sealed, please click an image of the sealed package.

  • If the product does not match the expected specifications, it will be rejected at pickup.

  • Products rejected during QC cannot be re-applied for return or exchange.

Reverse Shipping Charges

  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your approved return credit, per order, regardless of the number of items.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Packaging Instructions

  • Ensure items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit.

  • Clearly mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

  • Products must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
