Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Undamaged

In original condition

In original packaging

With all tags, brand tags, and seal tags intact
Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Products that fail the quality check during pickup will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Credit Method

All approved returns will be issued as a credit note.

Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reverse Pickup Policy & Quality Check (QC)

All returned products undergo a mandatory Quality Check (QC) at the time of pickup.

The QC verifies the product strictly against The Shiro Club’s tag and label, including:

Product image
-
Color
-
Size
-
Brand name
-
Brand tag & seal tag
-
Usage condition (must be unused and undamaged)
-
Style ID, color code, and SKU
Important QC Guidelines

Once the product is packed and sealed, please click an image of the sealed package.

If the product does not match the expected specifications, it will be rejected at pickup.

Products rejected during QC cannot be re-applied for return or exchange.
Reverse Shipping Charges

A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your approved return credit, per order, regardless of the number of items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Packaging Instructions

Ensure items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit.

Clearly mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

Products must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
