At The Shiro Club, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across India.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free across India and is included in the final product price.

  • No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on the delivery location.

  • For urgent deliveries, please reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to assist.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp.

  • Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to reflect the first scan.

  • Do not be alarmed if the package does not immediately show as “in transit.”

Payment & Order Issues

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is currently not available.

  • We are working to introduce this option soon and appreciate your patience.

Payment Failure

  • If your payment fails, you may retry placing the order.

  • If the amount has already been debited from your account, please do not retry immediately, as your order may already be under processing.

  • In rare cases where the amount is debited but we do not receive a successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway, the order will not be placed. In such situations, the debited amount will be automatically refunded as per the payment gateway’s and your bank’s refund timelines.

Card Payment Declined

  • Please check with your bank for insufficient balance or card validity.

  • You may also try clearing your browser cache or using a different card or bank account.

Amount Debited but No Confirmation

  • Please email us your registered email ID and the exact amount charged at
    admin@theshiroclub.com, and we will verify the status with our payment gateway.

Multiple Charges for the Same Order

  • If your card is charged multiple times for a single order, please email us at
    admin@theshiroclub.com with screenshots of the transaction details.

  • Our team will resolve this promptly.
